Why Eden’s River?
The word ‘Eden’ is obviously the Biblical name for the Garden in which Adam and Eve were placed. In Hebrew, the word means pleasure or delight. It is used as a word for paradise, which itself describes perfect natural beauty and also a state of complete happiness, contentment and perfect well-being.
The idea of the river has two connotations. One is that which refreshes Eden, and the other is a kind of highway either into this state, or emanating from it into the lives that we lead.
I’m therefore hoping that people who visit this site, and who perhaps take something away from it by purchasing wall art, reading reflective pieces, or listening to the music once it has been recorded, will gain a sense of inner peace and strength.
My hope and prayer is that you will find resources to help you in times of emotional, psychological or spiritual dryness. I also hope that you will get the chance to smile.
